Lucid is in beta. These are the ways to reach the team.
Send feedback
Take a screenshot while you use Lucid, tap Share Beta Feedback, say what you expected and send it. Or open TestFlight, choose Lucid and tap Send Beta Feedback. It reaches the team directly. Leave out real personal information.
Report or block someone
In a chat, open its menu and choose Report or Block. A report includes only the messages you choose, encrypted again for our Trust & Safety team, who see nothing else of the chat. Block stops that person from reaching you.
Privacy requests
Export your data and delete your account in the app, under Settings → Account and security. For any other request or question about your data, write to the address below.
App Review
